Highland Chiefs Series

In a world where power is gained by the sword, Scotland’s Highland chiefs will not bend to the greed that lies at the heart of their king, James Stewart. In order to centralize power, he will strip the nobles of their right to govern their own lands. Can they lay aside old feuds in order to hold onto all that they hold dear—and for which they have shed blood?

Set in the early fifteenth century, the Highland Chiefs series follows the stories of five chiefs who struggle to find their place in King James’s new Scotland. Their journeys are filled with passion and adventure—willing to give their last breath for the sake of their clan.

You’ve worked hard! How fitting to launch on Labour Day!

Love the design and your opening post. Look forward to more. You’ve chosen wonderful excerpts from MacIntosh and MacKay, some of my favourite moments.

Can’t wait to see these beautifully romantic books in print!
My lower belly tightens too! 🙂

Thank you Nancy! You’ve been very gracious to read the many versions of these novels and I’ve been very fortunate to have your kindness and enthusiasm. Wanna go back to Scotland with me?

Hey, you. I agree with that judge. Get the ms to a book editor. If you’re not picked up soon I’ll eat my hat.
